4 years ago I started learning about a more natural lifestyle, embraced it, and have reaped the benefits! However I felt that I lost myself a bit.... I tried dressing more "naturally" but ended up just feeling like an imposter and lost my vibrancy. I realized I wanted to connect with other moms like me who still love feeling HOT while living the holistic lifestyle. This can mean different things for different people but for ME it means doing makeup with falsies, heated hairstyles, high heels, and a darker aesthetic. It means preferring GLAM over NEUTRAL. It means choosing the healthier/homemade options 80% of the time while enjoying my wine and street food for the other 20%.

I find that the "crunchy" or "holistic" community on Instagram (where I am active under @kyliemieko, add me!) can be a bit judgmental and have unrealistic high standards. Rest assured; I am on a TIGHT budget so I will not be bombarding you with expensive woo woo product recommendations. Instead, I want to share how I find ways to maintain my old external style while practicing more natural methods and choices whenever possible. For example, I still like to buy my synthetic lingerie, but I have swapped my daily undergarments for OEKO-TEX cotton options to reduce my overall exposures. I shoot for cleaner base makeup but still LOVE my conventional brands of mascara and eyeliners. My point is that this is a safe, NON-JUDGEMENTAL place for all of us to share what our beauty and lifestyle faves are..... both conventional and holistic.

Sooooo, I decided to start the Holistic Hot Moms Club to find other likeminded women who can swap makeup tips as quickly as a homemade sourdough recipe!
